What payment methods are available?
AD vista accepts the following payment methods:

Why was my payment declined?
If your payment was declined or cancelled, we recommend contacting your bank directly for more information. Alternatively, you can try using a different payment method.
Where can I find my invoice?
You will receive your invoice by email along with your order confirmation.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, you can choose to pay in installments through PayPal, if available in your country and for the total amount of your order.
Is payment secure on AD vista?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through encrypted and certified systems to ensure maximum protection of your personal and financial information.
Which countries do you ship to?
AD vista offers international shipping. The list of available countries can be viewed at checkout in the “Country” dropdown menu.

What delivery services are available?
You can receive your order at your home or office address. Our delivery partner is DHL, for shipments within Italy and internationally.
Is delivery free?
We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within Italy and Europe.
For orders outside of Europe, a shipping fee of €30 applies.
Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
For orders shipped outside the European Union, AD vista covers customs duties and import taxes in most cases.

What are the delivery times?
Estimated delivery times, starting from the shipping confirmation, are:
- 3 business days for deliveries within Italy
- 5 business days for islands and remote areas in Italy
- 5 business days for deliveries within Europe
- 10 business days for the rest of the world
During peak periods (such as sales or holidays), or in case of customs inspections, delivery times may vary slightly.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track the status of your shipment directly on the courier’s website.
I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
If your order hasn’t been delivered within the expected timeframe:
- Check the tracking status using your tracking number
