Can I return a bag purchased online?

Yes, you can return your bag within 14 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and complete with all accessories.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Can I exchange a bag purchased online?

We only accept exchange requests if the bag shows damage or defects upon delivery. In that case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos clearly showing the issue.

Once your request is approved, we will arrange for the replacement of the product and refund any shipping costs incurred.

We are committed to delivering the highest quality in every creation and will do our best to ensure your experience meets your expectations.

Within how many days can I request an exchange?

You can request an exchange within 7 days from the delivery date of your bag.

Please note that exchanges are only accepted in cases where the product is damaged or defective upon receipt. We kindly ask you to keep the original packaging and send us photos documenting the issue so we can promptly evaluate your request.

Are exchanges free of charge? Who covers the shipping costs?

Yes, exchanges are completely free of charge in the case of a damaged or defective product.

Return shipping costs will be fully refunded once the exchange process is complete, that is, after both parties have received the respective items (you the replacement bag, and we the returned one).

How can I start the exchange process?

Kindly include the following information in your message:

  • Phone number
  • Order number related to the bag you wish to exchange
  • High-quality photos clearly showing the defect or damage

Our team will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm the start of the exchange process and provide all necessary instructions.

When and how will I receive the refund and/or replacement product?

Once we receive and inspect the bag to be exchanged, we will begin crafting and shipping the replacement item.

Due to the time required for artisanal production and delivery, the process may take between 2 to 4 weeks.

The refund of any shipping costs will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase, once the exchange procedure is complete.
